Welcome to Revibe Method Co. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from Revibe Method Co.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as any additional policies posted on our website, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to do so.

You may not use our products, website, designs, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities at our discretion when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, intellectual property concerns, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

Many Revibe Method Co. products are handmade, customized, personalized, printed, or made to order.

Product availability, designs, colors, styles, materials, brands, and sizing may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Because many products are individually produced, minor differences in print placement, color, texture, sizing, or appearance may occur. These normal variations are not necessarily considered defects.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting an order.

This includes:

Names and spelling
Numbers
Sizes
Colors
Wording
Design selections
Personalization details
Other customer-selected options

Revibe Method Co. is not responsible for errors in information submitted or approved by the customer.

Once production begins, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Custom and made-to-order merchandise is subject to our Return & Refund Policy and is generally considered final sale.

4. Customer-Submitted Designs & Content

If you submit a photograph, logo, graphic, phrase, artwork, trademark, business name, school name, team-related material, or other content for use on a custom product, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

By submitting content to Revibe Method Co. for production, you authorize us to reproduce that content solely as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that we believe may violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, or our business policies.

The customer is responsible for claims resulting from materials the customer supplied or specifically instructed us to reproduce when the customer did not have authorization to use those materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Revibe Method Co. artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, written content, branding, and original designs are owned by Revibe Method Co. or used with appropriate authorization.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, upload, digitize, trace, or commercially use our original designs or website content without written permission.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, discount, inventory, or other website errors.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to provide options, which may include paying the corrected price or canceling the affected item or order and issuing any applicable refund.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated as required.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, giveaways, discount codes, and special offers may have separate terms and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse discounts that are obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to the stated terms of the promotion.

8. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Any turnaround or delivery dates provided are estimates unless Revibe Method Co. expressly guarantees a specific date in writing.

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address.

9. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many Revibe Method Co. products, customized merchandise is generally final sale.

Eligible non-customized merchandise may qualify for store credit according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review the Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order product, the order generally cannot be canceled or changed.

If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Submission of a request does not guarantee that the order can be changed.

11. Digital Products

If Revibe Method Co. offers digital products, downloads, templates, graphics, or other electronically delivered products, those products are for the use permitted in the applicable product listing or license.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are final sale once purchased or delivered.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit the file.

Any specific license included with a digital product will control how that product may be used.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services to provide payment processing, website hosting, shipping, analytics, and other functionality.

Our online store is operated using Shopify. Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to applicable third-party terms and privacy practices.

Revibe Method Co. is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or its content to:

Engage in unlawful activity
Violate intellectual property rights
Submit fraudulent information
Attempt to interfere with website security
Distribute malicious software or code
Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content for unauthorized commercial purposes

We may restrict access or cancel orders when these Terms are violated.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Revibe Method Co. harmless from third-party claims, damages, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by content or materials you supplied to us without proper authorization.

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted to our website unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and any transactions with Revibe Method Co. will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
